OneTeam helps athletes maximize the value of their name, image, and likeness rights by transforming the way in which athlete collectives interact with businesses across Games and Interactive Licensing, CP Licensing, Sponsor and Partner Marketing, Content and Production, and Business Building. OneTeam represents a range of commercial business interests on behalf of the NFLPA, MLBPA, MLSPA, U.S. Women's National Team Players Association, Women's National Basketball Players Association, U.S. Rugby Players Association, National Women?s Soccer League, and League of Legends Championship Series Players Association.�About the role: We are hiring an Associate Manager, Games Partnerships, to fortify our games licensing business. Reporting to the Director, Games Partnerships, you will be instrumental in supporting our licensed games slate across interactive and digital platforms. Emphasizing both creativity and commercial acumen, this role is vital in backing our licensees and Player Association partners, contributing to the development and production of games.

This position will play a key role supporting our licensees as well our PA partners: NFLPA, MLBPA, MLSPA, USWNTPA, WNBPA, USRPA, NWSLPA, and LCSPA, and more than 13,000 Collegiate Athletes, managing key games partnerships across our portfolio.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for our Player Associations and licensees, focusing on account management of both stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  • Support the Director, Games Partnerships, in commercial management of each licensing relationship, including deal term fulfillment, proactive identification of incremental commercial opportunities, and renewal management. �
  • Collaborate with OneTeam?s Sponsor and Partner marketing team to optimize marketing commitments and drive positive KPIs for development partners and revenue for OneTeam
  • Provide substantial support for developer partners, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and regular meetings to transparently convey feedback and provide Players Association partners with real-time product status.
  • Collaborate with Games team leads, overseeing production schedules and creative development for our licensed video games.
  • Provide regular feedback and approvals on submissions and builds to our games licensing partners.
  • Develop expertise in sports game genres, gaming platforms, and monetization schemes, offering commercial and product ideas and feedback to our partners.
  • Conduct objective evaluations of games from both commercial and critical perspectives, ensuring teams operate with a balance of quantitative and qualitative analytics.
  • Support business / revenue leads by identifying innovative areas for growth within OneTeam Games overall and communicate industry insights and trends to the organization.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in account or partner management, game production, business development or licensing roles.
  • Practical understanding of all development phases: concept, pre-production, production, and live service. Strong stakeholder and project management skills are essential.
  • Proficient in crafting visually compelling presentations, ensuring seamless integration of content, graphics, and storytelling elements.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and poised. Capable of resolving issues on the fly and effectively communicating with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a learning mindset, excited to stay abreast of the latest trends in sports, gaming, and technology.
  • Strong technology understanding with an eye on current trends, innovations, and cutting-edge gaming and development.
  • Experience with Asana project management is a plus.
  • Passionate about video games, athletes, and / or sports.
